    Method

    1. Blend all the ingredient except the water until smooth.
    2. Add water, and mix until the dressing has reached your desired consistency. The dressing will solidify when chilled, so you may need to add more water to thin it out later.
    3. Massage into robust greens, like this kale salad, or drizzle over delicate salad leaves.
