Adapted from the Hemsley sisters, this buttery sardine pate is a great way to add fats to your day. Enjoy it with keto crackers, by the spoonful, or on flaxseed bread!

    Method

    1. Quite simply, mix and mash everything together with a fork, and season with salt and pepper.
    2. Transfer to a ramekin and use like a pate, on keto crackers or flaxseed bread. Or, using cling/parchment , wrap it into a log and store in the fridge for easy slices that will pimp up your steamed veg.
