Trust your instinct, on whether it needs more of this, or more of that — cook to what you like!
Quite simply, mix and mash everything together with a fork, and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a ramekin and use like a pate, on keto crackers or flaxseed bread. Or, using cling/parchment , wrap it into a log and store in the fridge for easy slices that will pimp up your steamed veg.
