This is our version of the Californian classic, green goddess sauce. Full of fragrant herbs and healthy fats, it’s a sure way to boost flavour and nutrition in any meal.


1 serving




    1. In a blender, add all the ingredients, apart form the vinegar, lemon juice and water. Blitz until smooth, and then add the vinegar and lemon juice.
    2. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Serve as a dip, or thin it out with water to make it into a dressing.
    4. Enjoy with wedges of little gem lettuce, leftover meat and vegetables or cauliflower pizza.
