    Pick your egg of choice, scrambled, boiled, fried, poached or an omelette. Then pair with suggestions below to make a memorable meal:

    • smoked salmon (make sure it's not cured in sugar)

    • cheese — cheddar, feta, cooked halloumi etc.
    • prawns
    • boquerones (marinated anchovies available in deli section, normally)
    • sardines

    • avocado
    • sautéed mushrooms (these tarragon mushrooms are particularly good!)
    • creamed spinach
    • steamed or wilted greens
    • roasted aubergine, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus or broccoli
