1. Smoked salmon blinis with cream cheese

Soft, pillowy saucers, lavishly topped with cream cheese and smoked salmon. These low-carb blinis are a doddle to make and can carry all sorts of cargo for your drinks party — smoked salmon and cream cheese, pickled herring, or roast beef and horseradish.

2. Cheese twirls

These are the perfect party food — crispy, cheesy and most importantly, easy to eat with one hand (without a napkin)!

3. Smoked mackerel pate with cucumber

8 Baba ganoush and endive

Smoky, creamy and completely addictive. Say hello to you’re new hummus, baba ganoush! Have a dollop with meals, or dip your veggies, and keto crackers into it.

9. Thyme chicken liver pate with flackers

Gram for gram, liver has more nutrients than any other food, so well worth incorporating into your diet. It’s one of those foods, you either love it, or you hate it, but make it into a pate, and it’s a totally different food —people love it! Serve with crispy flackers

10 Devilled eggs with rayu sauce

These jewelled eggs make perfect canapés, but can also be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Filled with moussey avocado and slicked with fiery rayu sauce, the retro devilled egg has just been “millennialed”.

11. Five spice toasted nuts

These nuts are seasoned with warming blend of five spice — cinnamon, star anise, clove, fennel and pepper — the smell Christmas. Salty, sweet and fragrant, these nuts are a perfects partner for festive drinks.

12. Toasted spiced rosemary nuts
